Husband doesn't want to have sex with me

I am 31f and my husband is 32m. We have been married for 6 years, but over the last few months my husband has been less and less interested in sex with me and it has been affecting my mental health. To be fair we both have gained some weight but I still worked hard to make sure I appreciated my husband. We used to have sex everyday but now it is more like once a month, and I feel like it's only due to pity. He doesn't eat me out or finger me like he used to. What breaks my heart is that today I offered to have sex with him and he said no. No worries, I just took care of myself. But then later on I see him masturbating to a video on pornhub and I almost cried. I'm glad he had a sex drive but why couldn't he do it with me? I haven't talked to him about it yet but I am preparing to. What do I do about my sex life in general?
